The livin’ may be easy, but only if you have air-conditioning! Temperatures over 90 degrees coupled with high humidity drains ya. The garden loves it, though. The zucchini vines are poppin’ out those blossoms like firecrackers. The corn is tasseling, the green beans are growing, and the tomatoes are going nuts. That’s good-I love fresh tomatoes.

Recipe for fresh tomato salsa:
Wash a bunch of tomatoes, a lot if you love salsa, not many if you’re not as wild about it. Put them in a food processor with some onion and garlic (the garlic can be fresh or powdered, fresh is best, of course.) If you like spiciness, add some hot pepper. If you like cilantro, throw in some fresh washed cilantro. Chop either coarse or fine, depending upon your taste. Salt with some Celtic sea salt, season to taste.. Molto bene!

I’m so sorry I haven’t gotten to do anything with the blog recently. I’m moving to the Midwest March 3, and I’ve been running around nuts, packing and everything else to get all loose ends tied.

When I get to Missouri, I’ll be back with more video info and organizing tips. AND my comedy-magic act partner, Dan, and I will be working up our act again. I’m so excited about that! It’s been too long.
(Some might say “Not long enough”, but too bad.

Tostada & Maria are getting back in the saddle! Be afraid, be very afraid.
